Our Journey — From 2018 to Agentic AI

Since 2018. PT Widigital Tri Buana began as a technology and digital consulting firm in Jakarta — with a real team, an office in the Kuningan business district, and one conviction: technology must solve real problems, with quality you can trust.

For years we forged the foundation. Project management, data-as-a-service, systems security, research & development, education technology — and since 2020, localizing international learning content into Indonesian at the highest standard of quality. We worked across law, education, and industry.

We watched agentic AI mature — and we held back. We didn't chase the hype. We waited until the technology was genuinely ready for production: not a demo, but systems that run reliably, every day.

In 2026, when the moment arrived, we brought eight years of cross-domain expertise to agentic AI. Our products today are direct descendants of those earlier service lines — a legal assistant, a content studio, a learning platform, and autonomous systems that run repetitive processes for our clients. And through TriBuana Cloud, our managed web & cloud service line, we don't just build — we also operate: premium websites, managed cloud & hosting, business domain & email, and AI customer experience for our clients.

That is what sets us apart. WTB is not a startup that appeared yesterday. We are a mature technology company now bringing the most advanced AI, with the discipline, track record, and trust built since 2018.
