§ Tier 01 — Diagnostic

AI Agent Diagnostic Workshop

Identify the right AI use cases before you build anything.

1-day workshop · On-site Jabodetabek · Defined scope
§ 01 — Overview

The AI Agent Diagnostic Workshop is a structured service designed for executives and operational leaders who understand AI's strategic importance but require clarity on where to start. In a focused, full-day engagement with our team, we map your business operations, identify automation opportunities, and rank them by feasibility and return on investment. Most Indonesian mid-market enterprises have 10 to 20 candidate processes — our role is to surface the three that will deliver measurable outcomes within six months.

The workshop combines structured interviews with operational leaders, process observation, data audits, and benchmark analysis. You receive a written report, a feasibility matrix, and a 90-day implementation roadmap covering scope, data requirements, integration points, and projected savings. The workshop is designed to produce decision-grade input — whether you proceed to pilot implementation, reallocate resources to higher-impact initiatives, or build internal AI literacy before further investment.

This is not a sales presentation disguised as consulting. All deliverables are independently usable regardless of any subsequent engagement. Many clients use the workshop output to build internal alignment, evaluate alternative vendors, or simply confirm that AI agents are the right solution to their problem.

§ 02 — When It Fits

This engagement is right when…

Organisational signals that indicate this tier is the relevant entry point.

Operational leaders want a fact-based understanding of AI agent opportunities before allocating budget.

There are 10–20 internal process candidates, but it is not yet clear which three are most realistic to execute over the next six months.

Cross-functional stakeholders need a single reference document to build internal AI investment alignment.

The team wants an objective assessment willing to conclude that AI is not the right solution if that is the finding.

§ 03 — Deliverables

What you receive.

Concrete outputs from this engagement — fully documented, independently usable.

  • 01 Written Opportunity Assessment Report (15–25 pages)
  • 02 Feasibility matrix covering 8–12 use case candidates with ranking
  • 03 Deep-dive on 3 priority use cases with ROI projections
  • 04 90-day implementation roadmap with milestones
  • 05 Data readiness audit and gap analysis
  • 06 Vendor and tooling recommendations (build vs. buy)
§ 04 — Process

How the engagement works.

A structured engagement flow — each stage has a verifiable output.

  1. 01 Pre-workshop preparation: questionnaire, document review, stakeholder mapping
  2. 02 On-site or remote workshop: structured full-day session with leadership and operational teams
  3. 03 Process observation: direct review of critical workflows to identify automation candidates
  4. 04 Analysis and benchmarking: feasibility, ROI, and risk assessment for each candidate
  5. 05 Delivery session: written report and executive briefing with Q&A
§ 05 — Common Questions

Questions that frequently arise.

Clarifications on questions typically raised in initial discussions.

Is the workshop conducted on-site in Jakarta or fully remote? [ + ]

Both options are available. On-site engagements within the Greater Jakarta area are included in the base fee. For locations outside Greater Jakarta or fully remote engagements via Google Meet, the workshop is split into two half-day sessions to maintain depth without schedule fatigue. Output quality is identical across both formats.

Who should attend from our side? [ + ]

Optimal participation includes your CTO or COO, two to three operational leads, and one finance or strategy stakeholder. We recommend three to six participants. Larger groups reduce diagnostic depth; smaller groups limit cross-functional perspective.

Will the assessment remain objective if AI is not the right solution? [ + ]

Absolutely. Approximately 20% of our workshop engagements conclude that a client's primary opportunity lies in process redesign or basic automation rather than AI agents. This conclusion is explicitly documented in the report. Our credibility depends on accurate diagnosis, not on selling a pilot implementation.

What happens after the workshop is delivered? [ + ]

You receive all deliverables and retain full ownership. There is no automatic commitment to proceed to a Pilot Implementation. If you choose to continue with us, the workshop fee is credited against the pilot engagement. If you choose another vendor or proceed internally, the deliverables remain fully actionable inputs.

How is confidentiality of our processes and internal data handled? [ + ]

A mutual NDA is signed before any pre-workshop materials are exchanged. All data accessed during the engagement remains on your infrastructure or within PT Widigital Tri Buana's sandbox environment. We do not retain or reuse client data, and the engagement is designed to minimize data access to only what is necessary for the assessment.

§ 06 — Next Tier

Once opportunities are mapped, the Pilot Build converts the priority use case into a production agent.
