This assistant will identify itself as an automated system in its first message. We do not hide this. You have the right to know who you are speaking with.
"Hello! I'm WTB's automated assistant. I can help answer general questions about our services. For in-depth discussions or business decisions, our team will take over."

Commit to deadlines or scope
Promises about delivery timelines, project scope, or deliverables come only from our team directly — never from the automated assistant.
Negotiate investment
Discussions about budget, engagement structure, or financial considerations are always handled by our team, not an automated system.
Approve contracts
No contract, agreement, or legal commitment is made through the automated assistant. All require a human signature from our side.
Make strategic decisions
Recommendations on digital transformation direction, technology choices, or implementation strategy are delivered directly by our expert team.
The transfer to a human team member happens automatically in certain situations.
Clients with an active engagement with WTB receive direct contact with our team — their initial contact does not go through the automated assistant.
Outside working hours, the automated assistant receives your message and forwards it to our team.
Your conversation data is handled with full compliance.
