Service Description

PT Widigital Tri Buana provides Agentic AI implementation services for organizations in Indonesia, including but not limited to the Diagnostic Workshop, Pilot Build for AI agents, Managed Retainer for ongoing operations, and related consulting and training services ("Services"). The scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees for each engagement are set out in a Statement of Work or separate agreement approved by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients. All Service descriptions on our website are informational in nature and do not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our website, contact forms, or engaging our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.

You agree not to: (a) use our Services for any purpose that violates applicable Indonesian law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks; (c) interfere with the functionality of our website or Services; (d) transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code through our platforms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and source code, is the property of PT Widigital Tri Buana or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for Services, clients receive ownership of final deliverables (such as agent implementation code, configurations, and documentation produced specifically for the engagement) as specified in the project agreement. PT Widigital Tri Buana retains the right to feature completed deliverables in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content or proprietary tools without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Widigital Tri Buana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our Services are set out in each project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the schedule specified in the relevant agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of Services until full payment is received.

All fees are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, including VAT, in addition to Service fees.

Termination

Either party may terminate a Service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the specific project agreement. Where no such provisions exist, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

Upon termination, the client is obligated to pay for all Services rendered up to the effective termination date. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or our Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in the jurisdiction of South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our Services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
